Thanks to the different fields of applications, Ondex's bi-oriented PVC sheets lend themselves to a whole set of inventive solutions.
Ondex sheets are produced by a classic extrusion process. But the originality and exclusivity of this manufacturing process lies in its bi-stretching, which consists of stretching the sheets in both directions - in length and width. This creates a mesh in the molecular structure as the threads and weft in fabric.
The sheets are resistant to fire: in case of fire, they are flame retardant and don't produce drops. Since they don't have a fibred structure, they are perfectly homogeneous. This prevents dust from attaching itself to the high resistance sheets and makes them very frost proof.
