  • New production line Styrodur C
    BASF will substantially expand the production plant for the insulation material Styrodur® C at the Ludwigshafen site in Germany.  This will increase the production capacity of the extruded polystyrene rigid foam panels (XPS) from the current 1.3 million m³ by an additional 220,000 m³.  In the extended plant the new XPS types Styrodur Neo and Styrodur HT can be manufactured along with standard products.
  • Heradesign in Satellite building Zaventem
    The Brussels Airport Company, owner of the Zaventem national Airport, has decentralised a large part of it's staff to the old airport building, the so-called Satellite building.  During the it's renovation, acoustics were a big issue: the building is round, which makes it more difficult to create good acoustics and the architects needed to find ways to reduce the noise of the planes.
  • FAKRO at Roof City
    Next year, FAKRO will again participate at Roof City, the annual fair for roofers organised by the Confédération Construction Toiture - Confederatie Bouw Dak.  The fair will be held at the Centre Formattoit in Gembloux on the 20th and 21st of January.  We hope to see you there!
